WOODEN PALLETS
Traditional wooden pallets are ideal for all goods handling and transportation operations, thanks to their strength, flexibility, and durability. To produce and guarantee sturdy and durable pallets , the quality of the wood is essential: We carefully select the raw materials, using only fir and pine wood from sustainably managed forests and selected suppliers.
Corno Pallets is one of approximately 40 companies certified for the production of EPAL pallets, the leading circular pallet system for logistics and transport. Corno Pallets’ offering includes:

PRESSED WOODEN PALLETS PRESSSPALL
Corno Pallets is the exclusive distributor for the Italian market of Presspall, a wide range of pressed pallets that have become a leading player thanks to three key characteristics: EXPORTABILITY, ECOLOGY, and STACKABILITY.
Obtained by high-pressure molding of wood and natural resin, it falls into the “processed wood pallet ” category and therefore does not require ISPM-15 treatments for export. In fact, packaging made entirely of wood-based products created with the use of glue, heat, and pressure is exempt from export regulations.
Export is immediate and hassle-free. Pressed wood pallets are also a completely eco-friendly and risk-free choice, as they are made of 15% eco-friendly urea resin and 85% recycled chipboard. They are PEFC certified, guaranteeing you are purchasing eco-friendly disposable pallets and contributing to the protection of our forests. Pressed wood pallets were the first stackable pallets to be launched on the market: thanks to this feature, they offer significant space savings, up to 66% less than traditional pallets.

FOLDING WOODEN WALLS OR SIDES
Modular elements composed of planed and dried fir boards and riveted galvanized steel hinges. Stacked on a pallet , they form a pallet box and can be used in a variety of fields, from heavy industry to the wine and food industries. Combined with a plywood or OSB lid, the PALLET BOX provides excellent protection for contents from impacts, light, and dust.

PROTECTION PLANS
Wooden planks produced in any format requested by the customer. Normally used as lids to protect and stack pallets, they can be created with a frame or closed surface and heat-treated for export worldwide.
