We use an low temperature electromagnetic field for the pasteurization and sterilization of the alimentary products, without ionizing the product, getting a product with unchanged organoleptic, nutritional and full of vitamins characteristic, very similar to those of the fresh product, but with the possibility to be storaged and consumed in a long period.
