Sordi produced preparation lines for fruit juice and highly reliable and flexible processing plants and its production covers the whole area of food processing plants.
In particular Sordi produces plants for the milk dairy field, drinks, preparation lines for fruit juice and vegetable drinks as well as CIP (Cleaning In Place) lines both for equipment and process lines.

- Water mixing with fruit concentrates, flavours or other ingredients.
- discontinuous: the components are mixed in tanks. Working system can be either automatic or manual. Dosing with relevant °Brix control can be done, on request, automatically with pneumatic valves, refractometer and control PLC with an automatic receipt system
- continuous and automatic: with an in-line refractometric control and regulating system and the automatic receipt controlled by PLC.
