Furthermore Tecalit has developed its own technology to produce couscous on an industrial level while maintaining the quality of the artisanal product. Another important sector is the production of snack pellets. Tecalit has developed technologies for the production of snack pellets starting from different raw materials to obtain various shapes based on customer requests.
