For applications in small and medium-d laboratories, Lawer offers several models of UNICA systems:
- UNICA TWIN: 100 L capacity silos / single or dual scale / 12-24, or 36 silos
- UNICA HD: 50 L capacity silos / single scale / 8-16, or 24 silos
- UNICA MD-SD: 18-36 or 12-24 L capacity silos / single scale / 13 silos
UNICA, in its various models, has been designed and patented to organize production innovatively by automatically weighing all powdered ingredients used in recipes or preparation batches in the food sector.
Ingredients are stored in stainless steel containers with capacities ranging from 50 to 100 liters, depending on the machine model, and are dispensed via dosing screws into a bucket. The bucket, placed on the electronic scale, moves automatically to position itself under the corresponding silo.
The system can be equipped with a dual scale for the simultaneous dosing of two ingredients. Containers are independent and removable, with each container featuring its own removable lid. The weighing scale has a capacity of 30kg and a resolution of 1g or 0.1g, depending on the model.
An efficient automatic aspiration and filtration system ensures a high level of cleanliness during manual container refilling and automatic ingredient weighing operations.
The recipe selection is done through the touch screen control panel, where all production recipes are stored, and progress operations are displayed under protected access.
