Irplast S.p.A (www.irplastgroup.com) is an Italian industrial group able to make an optimum use of synergies arising from its vertical integration: we are specialized in the production of bi-oriented polypropylene film and printed adhesive tapes and labels. Irplast is one of the most important players the international packaging market due to its production volumes, quality and innovative solutions.

The Group, with headquarters in Empoli (FIorence), has 350 employees and boasts 3 completely automated production sites in Italy – one in Empoli, with a production capacity of over 250,000sqm for printed film and 380,000sqm coating capacity material, plus two in Atessa (Chieti), with an overall production capacity of 50,000 tons/year.
Irplast turnover in 2013 was of
about 100 million. Around 60% of the turnover is generated by the
Business Unit Bimo, the polypropylene film production diviion; and 40%
by Irplast, a company which operates in the printed adhesive tape and
label sector. 70% of its production is absorbed by the international
market.

are also producers of film and for this reason we are able to give high
standard quality according to requests of the market.
Our investments have been focused on the most advanced technology that allows us to satisfy the current requirements of flexibility and customization of the product: we are able to print white cavitated and transparent film, reverse printing for promotional texts and reverse printing random pin code. - Micron 19 labels the latest polypropylene film generation, only 19μm thick (market standard 30μm-35μm).
Ideal for primary labels for the beverage, food, detergent and toiletry sectors, and wrap-around labels in general. It is, able to guarantee high performance and efficiency even on bottling lines with a speed up to 48,000 bott/h. - Pre-glued shrinkable roll fed labels on clear ROSO film.
Taylor-made adhesive formulations to meet application request on various containers and materials, different tack properties and gluing level for more specific inquiries. - Shrinkable Sleeve allow a complete wearability & adaptivness to containers of every shape and material.
