GULLIVER Srl was set up in 1983, thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit and the twenty-year experience of three technicians.
Initial projects were ambitious, but the new company was prudent in entering the market.
The firm started to manufacture planetary mixers, sheeters, cylinders and small kneading machines.
Owing to the owners’ intention to supply high quality machines, GULLIVER products were soon very appreciated by customers.
In 1985 GULLIVER met with unprecedented success with its “ciabatta divider”, therefore becoming the undisputed leader in processing dough with high water content.
Then the company changed its production programmes, focusing on the development of its ciabatta divider, alongside moulders and assemblies for bread-making. During these years GULLIVER developed new technological systems to make its machines increasingly flexible, safe and reliable.
Thanks to close collaboration with breadmakers, today GULLIVER is undoubtedly a dynamic company that, following its path toward specialisation, is able to supply highly advanced machinery.
