The Company was established in year 2000 and specialises in the manufacturing of machines for processing chocolate, chocolate compound and confectionery products.

Over the years, specific know-how was gained, also thanks to the requests coming from many of our customers: an extraordinary ally to which we daily dedicate our efforts. It is thanks to the cooperation with internationally recognized Professional Chocolatiers and Pastry Chefs that GAMI manages to combine tradition with quality and technological improvement, relying on a team that unfailingly attains set targets.
