PolarisAutomazioni produces bottling lines for small, medium and large sized producers.
The characteristics of the Polaris lines are substantially different to other machines on the market.
Polaris lines do not indeed use stars, feeders or other accessories specific for the bottle shape and capacity. Polaris machines are linear because the bottles are transported under the various operational heads by a chain that is simply adjusted based on the size and shape in production.
The characteristics of Polaris lines can thus be summarized:
• Working flexibility, switching from one bottle shape to another simply and without having to change machine parts;
• Size changing takes just 10 to 30 minutes at the most. The adjustments are made partly manually and partly via computer based on the models.
• Any shape of bottle can be used, be it cylindrical, square, triangular, a small jar or a flask etc. from 0.100 to 2 Litres. Based on the models, the lines can process bottles made of glass and PET and also other types of containers.
Polaris also produces Processing lines with binder and maturing net for dried beef or large pieces of cured meats, Automatic integrated units for large pieces of cured meats, Automatic labellers for self-adhesive labels for salami.
