R & D
The R&D department develops new machines and special units to meet specific customer needs as well as changing market requirements. Our standard machines are personalized according to requirements and the geometry of the product.
MANUFACTURING
Customized mechanical components are made and tested with technologically advanced equipment. The Via Bargellino 27 - 40012 Calderara di Reno, Bologna area is home to the world's largest concentration of packaging machine and automation specialists. As part of this, FIMA makes use of skilled technical and production resources and of a good supply network.
ASSEMBLING TESTING
The pre-assembled mechanical units are subjected to the most rigorous capabilitytests. The final testing is carried out on the machine using the customer's products and wrapping materials.
