Design, manufacture and assembly of the machine are carried out at our factory. All the technical standards are maintained and checked with an internal quality assurance programme being of prime importance.
Prior to dispatch the machines are assembled at our technology centre and tested with original product and original packaging material - in the presence of our customer, if this is requested. The machine is assembled on site by our qualified assembly personnel. During trial operation all criteria are checked - as the basis for acceptance and actual start-up.
Prior to actual production the customer's operating personnel will be trained by FAWEMA. Precise knowledge of the operating sequence ensures competence and a thorough understanding of cause and effect and will thus make an important contribution to machine availability.
To FAWEMA, efficient service means not only ensuring reliability of operation and thus machine availability but also minimizing maintenance and service expenditure at the same time.
