Bada Carrelli is a high quality brand that has been operating in the national and international market, serving all companies in the food, chemical-pharmaceutical and cleanroom sectors.
The manufacturing process is focused on the design and production of completely stainless steel forklifts (manual transpallets, low lift electric pallet trucks and stackers) able to work in environments where cleaning and hygiene are the most important values and where they could create important corrosion problems linked to the use of acids and saline solutions.
All produced and sold models perfectly meet these requirements, being designed to withstand regular cleaning and sanification through the use of high pressure water.
Manufactured using exclusively 100% AISI304 stainless steel (available in AISI316 on demand), all components such as chassis, axles, levers, etc., are made to guarantee product protection and resistance to corrosion in aggressive environments, even with an intensive use, avoiding deposits of dirt and the spread of germs and bacteria.
Thanks to these features, all Bada machines are suitable for use in food handling, in clean rooms and laboratories in the chemical industries such as pharmaceuticals, biomedicals, cosmetics, aeronautics and microelectronics.
All electrical components are waterproof and corrosion resistant.
The standard execution allows to work in cold rooms at -20 ° and the use of NSF H1 food-grade certified hydraulic oil allows complete protection in case of an accidental contact with food.
The reliable sensorless three-phase current traction motor in AC execution is able to satisfy the most demanding performance requirements, delivering the necessary power in all load conditions: in fact, the traction speed is regulated by the position of the special throttle present on the tiller handle.
The low lift electric pallet trucks are all equipped with anti-rollback devices: the inverter system checks all the functions of the machine and allows multiple adjustments to optimize its performance, adapting it to the type of work it has to perform.
All the parameters relating to the traction and the electromagnetic brake are electronically adjustable from a programming consolle, according to the specific needs of the customer.
The antislippery non-marking polyurethane traction wheel (rough wheel available as an option) guarantees high stability in any work situation and the stabilizing wheels always allow constant adherence to the floor.
The pallet trucks are equipped with 3 braking systems:
- reverse brake in the direction of travel (service braking)
- emergency brake that occurs automatically when the rudder is released or lowered
- parking brake with tiller in vertical position.
Bada pallet trucks and electric lifters can be equipped with an additional spare battery to ensure continuous operation over several shifts.
To facilitate battery replacement, Bada provides an optional stainless steel roller stand for battery extraction (with single or double positions) and equipped with wheels to facilitate handling.
All models in the Bada range can be supplied with optional packages:
- AISI316 stainless steel
- double load rollers
- length of customized forks shorter or longer than the standard dimensions
- customized external forks width.
