• Filling and capping: After the bottles have been put on the conveyor belts, they are conduced to the filling and capping machines, which are available in two main types: LINEAR FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE and MONOBLOC ROTATING FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE. Each one is available in different dimensions, according to the productivity.
• Labelling: Once the bottles have been filled and capped, they are brought to specific LABELLING MACHINES that can apply lables of many different kinds according to the production: sticker; with hot, cold or sleeve glue labels
• Coding: Thanks to the INK-JET MARKER it’s possible to print on each bottle the batch code, the production date and any other necessary information
• Cartoning: Once the coding is finished, CARTONING MACHINES take the bottles and place them authomatically into cartons, ready to be stored
• Palletization: During the final part of the production process, cartons are kept from the line and placed in different layers on the pallets, ready for the transport. This operation is made by the AUTHOMATIC PALLETIZER.
