BEA Technologies presents the new MAGNEXFLO automatic filtration system.
BEA Technologies, an Italian company, presented the new MAGNEXFLO automated filtration system: minimum, maximum performance, fast installation process, flexible and programmed regeneration of the filter elements.
The new MAGNEXFLO automated filtration system provides the best performance for the purification of wines, beverages, juices, and offers the highest degree of flexibility available on the market in an extraordinarily compact size.
Specifically designed to be automated with a large number of possibles variables, MAGNEXFLO provides all the advantages of a modular system with a common base and the flexibility of in-line or “batch” connected operation for product purification stored in tanks.
The new automated series is in two functional levels and dedicated to serving productions in continuous or cellar applications with high contaminant load, to separate and control the different work phases via PLC; it also includes the phases of regeneration of the filter elements, washing and steam sterilization of the lines and container filters.
MAGNEXFLO can be supplied with Modbus system for easy integration into systems with centralized production control. The development of the communication protocol allows you to connect a PC and use software tools for monitoring and recording of operating parameters. Alternatively, the Basic option, that is a more manual one, offers configuration flexibility, thanks to the possibility of inserting online modules optional filtration depending on the increase in flow rate or contaminant load e equipped with MAGNEX filter elements with high capacity to retain the contaminant from separate or with final membrane filter elements for final clarification or sterilization of the product.
The MAGNEX line of filter elements, which works in conjunction with the MAGNEXFLO system, is characterized by a wide availability of filter materials and degrees of filtration, from 0.2 microns to 100 microns, for different levels of product purification and a large selection of options for multiple operational needs. MAGNEX represents the best solution for productions with frequent changes in the characteristics of the products to be filtered and with the possibility of easily regenerating the filter elements at the end of each cycle is required filtration.
