WBL systems srl is a startup born with the aim of conceiving, designing, building, and placing at the customer’s disposal a highly innovative food-and-beverage machinery based on new and innovative concepts to the current market.
The company was born from the passion for the wine sector of its members, who come from a thriving mechanical company based in Cherasco with over 35 years of activity and 20,000 square meters of industrial warehouses.
The experience gained in mechanical machining, combined with the desire to bring innovation to the sector, has led to the birth of this dynamic reality with high expectations.
Our team is formed by a group of specialized professionals at different levels of the production system, in order to create a structured and modern company able to produce top-quality machinery.
The adoption of advanced management models in the performance of operational functions makes WBL a virtuous model of reference as a modern manufacturing company. This working method allowed us to improve the production chain, optimizing the costs and obtaining, as a final result, high quality machinery at lower market prices.
To create new generation machines, our starting point was the combined carousel washer / dryer mod. LAB-X.
Its development has produced the following revolutionary advantages:
1. Most compact machine in the world: the combined washing / drying carousel has optimized the working areas.
2. “Active surround” Touch Technology: the automatic brush shape recognition system envelops the bottle completely and eliminates the format change.
3. 3-axis washing system: the brushing motion increases from 1 to 3 axes and the cleaning process is therefore much more effective.
4. Completely self-lubricating machine: the regular maintenance related to lubrication is eliminated.
5. "Green" device: water is carefully and efficiently dosed, saving up to 50%.
6. Machine always clean: the "vertical
draining" washing movement prevents water from being scattered around
the machine.
The second family of smart machines consists of radiant air conditioners with dynamic storage mod. CAD-X. They represent a great innovation compared to the previous technology:
1. No water device: the product is brought to the desired temperature by means of radiant panels. The use of water is eliminated, the bottle is always dry, and the machine is always clean.
2. Advanced catalytic technology: the system has an efficiency of 98.5%. The installation is no longer charged to the customer.
3. FIFO device: the product that enters first goes out first. Complete lot traceability.
4. Stationary treatment: the product is treated while stationary, energy is focused on the product, there is no dispersion, the bottle is always stable, and the contact noise is eliminated.
5. Size reduced by up to 50%: the time necessary for the process has been halved, and the of the machinery is therefore drastically reduced.
