Tetra Pak® PlantMaster
Originally designed to cover entire food production operations from raw materials reception to finished packaged and palletized products, the new Tetra Pak® PlantMaster is a direct response to customer demand for an end-to-end platform optimizing operational performance.
Promising the elimination of bottlenecks and heightened performance, the new Tetra Pak® PlantMaster gives customers full insights and control of the entire food production line with one common, user-friendly interface for smooth and optimized processes at all times.
Packed with new technologies such as the Tetra Pak® PlantMaster Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Suite software and integrated automation customized to fit specific operations, the upgrade provides customers with the tools and reports to analyze and marginally improve productivity and cost efficiency across all areas of the business.
Tetra Top® 330 Mini Nallo
Tetra Pak is displaying the new Tetra Top® 330 Mini Nallo for the first time at Gulfood Manufacturing 2016. The new package is made of paperboard from FSC™ certified forests and other controlled sources.
Tetra Top® 330 Mini Nallo is one of Tetra Pak’s latest innovations. With a V-shaped panel on one corner, the Tetra Top® 330 Mini Nallo allows brand owners to highlight their messages in the package design and make their product stand out on the shelf. At the same time, its tall and slender proportions offer the consumer an easy grip, while the wide opening makes the drinking experience smoother. In addition, the cap is a one-step opening and can be resealed securely.
Tetra Brik® Aseptic 1000 Edge WingCap
WingCap™ 30
Upgrading the popular Tetra Brik® Aseptic package, the company will be introducing the new low-cost, one-step opening: WingCap 30.
The company will be introducing the new cost competitive one-step opening: WingCap 30. The new cap will be available on Tetra Brik® Aseptic Edge and is initially aimed at the 500ml and 1000ml drink-at-home market. It delivers benefits that include ease of opening and pouring.
The one-step opening offers double safety via an external tamper evidence ring and a neck membrane that is removed by twisting the cap. WingCap 30 is ideal for the ambient distribution of milk products and beverages.
Tetra Recart® 440 Midi
Tetra Recart, the world’s first retortable carton package, is now available in the new Tetra Recart 440 ml size (15 Oz).
The Tetra Recart 440 Midi package comes in a rectangular design and can facilitate faster shelf replenishment, reduce waste handling and optimize use of shelf space compared to a steel can in the same size, to help lower direct product cost (DPC) for retailers.
Furthermore, this modern package allows a clearer view of high quality printing on all sides, increasing information visibility for consumers considering their next purchase in the supermarket aisle.
Located at Za’aabel New Hall / Stand Z6-G8/Z6-E8, Tetra Pak invites media, existing and potential customers to visit their stand throughout the duration of Gulfood Manufacturing 2016 (7-9th November).
