Who are we

Born in 1959, Staff Ice System is the focus in the market of cold equipment, whose production in 1984 was combined with the one of the gelato and pastry machines.

Innovative Technology

The constant investment in research and development, designing, search the most current design, with a look to the environment, it has always been the philosophy of Staff Ice System. Operational and food safety, as well as energy saving, are at the heart of each design. It is by chance that in Staff labs in collaboration with Toshiba we use the Inverter Technology, and developed a special density control, that allows the operator to choose the best density, but most of all to work on the overrun, thereby regulating the agitator speed to obtain ice-creams and semifreddo (frozen desserts) with different overrun.

ICE CREAM TESTED FOR THE TROPICAL WEATHER…WITH STAFF ICE SYSTEM

The company in Rimini specialized since 1959 in cold equipment has designed a ‘tropicalised’ machine, made to operate in extreme weather conditions and in countries where water is a rare commodity…An optional characterized by great technological innovation, the result of the hard work in research of the Staff’s engineers, that you can apply both in batch freezers and pasteurizers, as well as in the multifunction machines. So not only ice cream, but also custard creams, jams, chocolate, culinary preparation and much more, to facilitate the job for professionals in the field.

THE BATCH-FREEZERS UP TO 6 PANS FOR CYCLE!

Always with a special care to the Gelato makers’ needs, Staff Ice System introduces you two new models of automatic extraction batch freezers (also available in the electro-mechanical version): BFX1000 and BFX1500, able to produce a huge quantity of ice cream in the shortest time and at the minimum cost. The employed Inverter technology is without any doubt the feature that characterise them and make them unique. Thanks to this technology the Gelato makers finally got the chance to adjust the mixing speed of the stirrer according to the minimum and maximum quantities of mixture poured in the machine and set the best ice cream density. If model BFX1000 is able to batch up to 14 Liters per cycle (about 16 Kg), reaching an hourly production of 100 Liters per hour, model BFX1500 batches up to 21 Liters per cycle (approximately 24 Kg), reaching an hourly production of even 150 Liters. The last additions to line BFX are the main tool for those laboratories that work third party and for anyone who wishes to have great performances without renouncing to the product quality.

NIC is the official team that represents Italy in all worldwide culinary competitions, organized by WorldChef, including the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg and the Olympics in Erfurt. The NIC team is composed by 25 chefs, carefully selected among more than 20 thousands members of the Italian Chefs’ Federation and it is the Italian excellence for the culinary art.

The team, divided into senior and junior team, is led by Chef Daniele Caldarulo, helped by the coach Chef Pierluca Ardito. As soon as they could approach to the innovation, the reliability and the professionalism expressed by company Staff, as well as the versatility and the higher quality of its range, the NIC has chosen to be testimonial Staff Ice System from 2013 to 2015.
