Cutting-edge technologies in bakery come tohether at Istanbul IBATECH 2016…
IBATECH 2016, which is the only and the most comprehensive bakery technologies fair in the region, organized by Messe Stuttgart Ares Fuarcılık, will be held between April 14 and 17 on a total area of 50.000 sqm in Hall 1, Hall 2, Hall 3, Hall 4, and Hall 8 at Istanbul Expo Center (CNR Expo).
The Fair is supported by EKMADER (The Association of Bread and Bakery Products Machine Manufacturers) and GIDAKAT (The Association of Food Additives Manufacturers).
IBATECH 2016 will host companies from 4 continents and 20 countries. Up to the present, direct participants have included more than 30 companies predominantly from Germany, Italy, France, Greece, Belgium, Switzerland, Japan, Netherlands, China, Spain, Iran, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Lebanon. For the first time this year, German National Participation will take place.
Infrastructure preparations for IBATECH 2016 had started from the ending time of the previous fair. Compared to the previous years, there has been a rapid increase in the number of fair booths sold for IBATECH 2016, proving the potential in the region once again. For this reason, every year, an additional Hall is included to contribute to the growth of the sector… Other than previous years’ participating companies, the number of new participating companies is quite high…
More than 250 companies have already become exhibitor of the Fair, which will stage the latest innovations in bakery, patisserie, ice cream and chocolate industries, and started to send invitations to their visitors within the scope of fair preparations.
The fair, which will be held on an area of 50.000 sqm this year with increased number of Halls, exhibiting companies have started their preparations months ago and get more and more excited as the time comes closer.
As a result of the studies launched a long time ago in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, Purchasing committee country profiles for 2016 have already been settled…
Fair promotion activities have been carried out for two years in domestic and foreign industry-specific magazines and other media channels.
This year, IBATECH, with the cooperation of Euro-Toques Turkey and World Inclusion Platform Turkey, will open doors to a social responsibility project.
The 4th Local Tastes Meeting organized by TAŞPAKON, all Cooks and Confectioners Confederation will add sdifferent taste to the Fair.
Different types of bakery and bread products from the Eastern Anatolia, Central Anatolia, Black Sea, Marmara, Aegean and Mediterranean Regions will be produced and presented.
