Diatecx is a historical company from Trentino-Alto Adige (Italy) specialized in the creation of paper media and in the production, of DIAMELT branded industrial adhesives used in different production processes, from end-of-line food packaging, labeling and bookbinding.
In our INDUSTRIAL ADHESIVES division, we are specialized in the formulation, manufacture and sales of glues and adhesives for a wide variety of industrial applications, and the sectors served by our products are mainly packaging, labeling, converting and bookbinding.
The formulations of our HOT MELT and WATER BASED glues are the result of a continuous process of technological innovation. That’s why they guarantee high performance and can deal with any specific gluing technique, in any industrial process, even among the most complicated ones.
At Diatecx, we never stop innovating, and currently a new production line is being installed in addition to the upgrading of two other existing lines, for a total annual production capacity of 16 thousand tons for HOT MELT and 4 thousand tons for WATER BASED, but above all, a new Research & Development laboratory of over 400 square meters, equipped with the most modern technologies, is being completed, to always guarantee maximum innovation therefore the satisfaction of our customers.
Over the years, the Diatec Group, headed by Diatecx, has supported significant investments with the aim of achieving sustainable industrial production made of clean energy.
Diatecx in 2023 will also proceed with the installation of a new photovoltaic plant of about 400 Kwp.
The company has been awarded the “100% Green Energy” label, a guarantee that 100% of the energy used comes from renewable sources. In addition, to date we are proud to say that, the electricity generated by our photovoltaic and trigeneration plants is superior to that used by our production plants.
We can also proudly boast of having obtained ISO 9001 and 22000 (including HACCP standards) and FSC certifications, accompanied by the process of analyzing all our processes to reduce our carbon footprint.
