Based in north of Italy, we design and manufacture machines and complete packaging systems to answer the needs of different Industries. 63 years of expertise, a global presence of 5 sites and 11 service hubs worldwide, to propose efficient packaging solutions, install them and support our customers in their daily operations.
Over 6.000 machines/lines installed at 900 customers sites and more than 100 registered patents. These are the numbers we are proud of. 65% of our packaging lines serve the Bakery & Confectionery world: biscuits, crackers, rusks, bars (cereal, protein, sport, …), cakes and chocolate.
While the remaining 35% goes to savoury snacks, Ready2Eat, coffee caps and pharmaceutical products.
At Interpack 2023 we will exhibit different lines:
– G41EFC: the monobloc solution of Cavanna to erect, fill and close cartons at high speeds and flexibility, efficiently integrating primary and secondary packaging.
– ZERO5BMF: a high performance flowpacker, with ‘BoxMotion’ transversal sealing technology. It is one of the fastest machines on the market, reaching speeds of over 300 pieces / min. Mainly aimed at the packaging of products that require very high airtightness, the ZERO5BMF is designed to work with very thick, innovative films that require a longer sealing time. First of all, pharmaceutical products, coffee capsules, some frozen products, but not only.
– TSL with ZERO5NKZ: Tray Slug Loader (TSL) is a numeric, multi-lane loader developed for products enrobed with chocolate, cookies, sandwiches and products with decorations. TSL is connected to a flowpacker ZERO5NKZ, capable to deliver up to 9 different packaging configurations, regardless the number of incoming lanes.
– ZERO4WD: the Cavanna platform of wash-down equipment, up to IP 67 ratings, to minimize any risks of contamination.
– WA3: Cartesio Packaging, the newly-acquired company specialized in cartoning solutions, presents a compact wrap-around casepacker.
