We are pleased to announce that the IMA Ilapak Doytronic 120, the new Stand-Up Pouch machine for solid and granulated products, has been awarded the prestigious “Oscar de l’Emballage 2024” in the “Production” category, under the “Primary Packaging” section.

The award was presented on November 5th at the IMA stand during the All4Pack exhibition, to Grégoire Duvot, General Director of ILAPAK France S.A., and Dominique De Blasi, Regional Sales Manager at ILAPAK France S.A.

The Doytronic 120 is an innovative Stand-Up Pouch FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machine with an unrivalled compact design, thanks to its vertical intermittent bag forming and horizontal filling stations featuring hybrid movement. The machine is versatile, designed to handle solid products, and capable of producing bags from film reels or running and sealing pre-made bags from an optional buffer.

With exceptional efficiency, the Doytronic 120 includes a fully automatic format changeover system on forming, filling, and sealing stations, all driven by magnetic shuttles. This cutting-edge technology ensures high-speed performance and reduced downtime, making the Doytronic 120 a powerful solution for the packaging industry.

Additionally, the Doytronic 120 is engineered to process the latest sustainable packaging materials, such as paper-based films and recyclable PE and PP mono-material films, meeting the growing demand for eco-friendly packaging solutions.

The IMA Ilapak VFFS division, part of the IMA Ilapak family within the IMA FLX hub, is extremely excited and proud of this recognition, which rewards the efforts put into the design and development of this innovative stand-up pouch machine, manufactured at the company’s facility in Foiano della Chiana, Italy.
