Modern Bakery Moscow
More than just baking
During over twenty years of its history, Modern Bakery Moscow managed to establish itself as the leading international specialized trade fair for the bakery and confectionary market of Russia and the CIS countries. Having celebrated its twentieth anniversary last year, Modern Bakery Moscow 2015 will now be held again for the 21st time between 22 and 24 April at its traditional venue – at the ExpocentreCentral Exhibition Complex.
More than 15,000 expert visitors from 43 countries attended the exhibition in 2014. Not only Russian representatives of the bakery and confectionary market were amongst the guests of Modern Bakery Moscow, but also experts from the CIS and non-CIS countries. Moreover, there
was a significant increase in the number of visitors compared to the numbers in 2013.
Such popularity of the trade fair also was due to a great increase of exhibitors, where both major companies and market leaders, and new developing enterprises, were equally represented. The following companies have already confirmed their participation in Modern Bakery Moscow 2015: AMF Bakery Systems, Baker Perkins, Beldos, Bühler, Co-Technology, Debag, Diosna, Dozitec, JAC, J 4, König Maschinen, Lappas, Matas, Mecatherm, Miwe, Mondial Forni, Pakmaya, Polin, Rademaker, Revent, Rickermann, Rondo, Saf-Neva, Spiromatic, Sveba-Dahlen, Tecnopool, Toolbox, Tromp Group, VMI. In the course of the exhibition, there will be traditionally organized events of longstanding partners: International Industrial Academy, Russian Union of Ice Cream Producers, Association of Food Ingredients Producers, Rusteacoffee Association, etc.
During the exhibition, a professional training for confectioners and bakers will be again carried out by the School for Modern Bakers and Confectioners organized with assistance of the Union of Food Ingredients Producers and the Moscow State University of Food Production.
